Success Story: Butler Brands

In today’s fast-paced world, people are always on the go, and they need products that can keep up with their lifestyle. This is where Butler Brands comes in. The company’s Butterfly Products offer a simple and inexpensive storage solution that can hold food items in a vehicle’s cup holders. Initially created for this purpose, the Butterfly containers have now found their way into convenience stores, fast-food chains, stadiums, and even households.

Butler Brands has been in business for two years, and during this time, they have partnered with Rusken Packaging, a company that specializes in corrugated packaging solutions. Rusken’s expertise in manufacturing and designing corrugated boxes has been instrumental in creating economical, easy-to-assemble boxes for Butler Brands’ customers.

Around six months ago, Butler Brands initiated a partnership with Rusken, as they were seeking to develop a cost-effective box that could be effortlessly assembled by customers in under 20 seconds. Rusken’s sales representative, Zach Ivey, played a crucial role in this collaboration, utilizing his expertise in corrugated materials and manufacturing processes to keep costs low and allow Butler Brands to offer reduced prices to their customers.

Butler Brands’ success has led to plans to expand their product line, with a second version of the Butterfly container set to be released later this year. The new version will have additional compartments for dippers and other small items, building upon the success of the original product.

Creating the final version of the Butterfly container took about 12 months, from the starting design that was made by hand from a pizza box to the finished product. Throughout this time, Rusken has been a crucial partner in the design and manufacturing process, providing guidance on the best corrugated materials and helping Butler Brands keep costs low.

Looking to the future, Butler Brands sees Rusken as a partner in continued improvement of their products based on customer feedback. As Rusken continues to grow and innovate, Butler Brands hopes to collaborate on small modifications to design and manufacturing processes, to ensure that their products remain innovative and cost-effective.

In conclusion, the partnership between Rusken Packaging and Butler Brands has created innovative solutions for consumers. The Butterfly Products are an excellent example of how two companies can collaborate to create a product that meets the needs of consumers in today’s fast-paced world. With the success of their partnership so far, we can expect to see many more innovative products from Rusken and Butler Brands in the future.
